Get your little ones celebrating the Emerald Isle with some crafting this St Patrick’s Day! We’ve got a wonderful St Patrick’s Day handprint craft from @charlotte_and_the_boys which is ideal for little hands with big imaginations.

Follow the step-by-step below to create a colourful St Patrick’s Day craft that your children will love!

 

What you’ll need:

 

Step 1

Paint your child’s hand in the colours of their choice, for example rainbow colours.

Step 2

Have your child make handprints on the piece of white paper. Then cut out around the handprints.

Step 3

Draw and cut out a simple pot shape.

 

Step 4

Stick the pot to a piece of card or cardboard.

 

Step 5

Stick the handprints in a rainbow shape.

Step 6

Stamp gold coins – you can use any circle shape for this. Sponges would work well. Or even fingerprints.

Step 7

Stick cotton pads at the other end to make clouds if desired.
