Promoting equality in your classroom

Embrace diversity
The first step towards promoting equality is to embrace the diversity present within your classroom. Recognise and appreciate the unique cultural, social, and linguistic backgrounds of your pupils Encourage pupils to share their traditions, languages, and personal stories, encouraging an atmosphere of acceptance and respect.
