Halloween crafts: Spooky plant pot characters
To help you with your craft making this Halloween, we’ve put together some step-by-step activities for you to follow to create the perfect Halloween crafts. Simply make sure you have everything you need from our list below and follow the steps to make your own Halloween spooky plant pot characters.
You will need:
Frankenstein
- Paint the pot green and leave to dry.
- Add features using a fine paint brush and black paint.
- Glue on the googly eyes.
Spider
- Paint the pot black and leave to dry.
- Glue on the googly eyes.
- Add a mouth using a fine paint brush and white paint.
- Make eight legs by bending black pipe cleaners and attach them to the pot.
Bat
- Paint pot black and leave to dry.
- Add features using a fine paint brush and white paint.
- Cut out two wings and glue onto the side of the pot.
- Glue on googly eyes.
Pumpkin
- Paint the pot orange and leave to dry.
- Add features using a fine paint brush and black paint.
- Glue on the googly eyes.
- Make a stalk and leaves by wrapping a brown pipe cleaner.
- For the leaves wrap two green pipe cleaners around a pencil to create curls. Wrap the leaves around the stalk.
- Use scissors to cut a hole in the top of the pot and push the stalk through.
