Sea Life Puzzle Craft

Join us in celebrating World Oceans Day with a fun and eco-friendly craft activity perfect for little ones! This sea life puzzle allows children to explore the wonders of the ocean while using recyclable materials found around the house.

Follow this simple step by step guide by craft creator earth_and_sky_play so that your own children can unleash their creativity by making a vibrant sea horse puzzle using cardboard, tissue paper, and water, all while learning about the importance of preserving our precious oceans.

What you’ll need:

• Template or drawing
• Tissue paper or Confetti
• Water
• Scissors
• Pencil
• Outline Marker
• Paint Brush

Step 1

Take your sea life template and place the drawing face down.

Step 2

Add your tissue or confetti across the page.

Step 3

Spray the paper until it is lightly soaked.

Step 4

Use your paint brush to make sure all the pieces of tissue have been covered.

Step 5

Allow to dry.

Step 6

Cut out your template or drawing.

Step 7

Use your cut out pieces to make an outline on your cardboard (Easy option: simply reprint your template and glue it down to a piece of cardboard).

Step 8 (optional)

Go over your pencil line in a marker pen to make your puzzle outline pop!

Step 9

Your sea life puzzle is now complete! Enjoy!
